Mobile websites are so important, and essential for any business to have today. Mobile websites will be optimized for mobile devices, which means that they’ll display better than a regular website would on the same device. But the truth of the matter is that mobile websites are still websites. And as such, users will have to open the browser on their mobile device, enter the URL, and then wait for your site to load.
They won’t have those inconveniences with an app. They just touch an icon on their phone and all the information they need is right there for them. No waiting, no aggravation, just going straight to what they’re looking for. So, by-all-means, go ahead and make sure you have a mobile website (or give yourself a pat on the back if you already have one). But if you really want to reach users in a way that’s going to be most convenient for them, make sure you have an app too.
